Guide

How we evaluate houses we may buy.

A credible purchase review looks at more than a Zestimate-style guess. Here is what matters.

  1. Condition and access — what a buyer must fix or price around
  2. Occupancy — owner, vacant, or tenanted logistics
  3. Title and payoffs — liens, taxes, judgments
  4. Timeline — your deadline versus diligence needs
  5. Market context — local demand and resale/rehab math

Only after that review do written terms make sense.
